On August 7th, we are going to have a movie service. The movie we will be watching is Family Camp. Starring Tommy Woodard & Eddie James or as we know them - the Skit Guys. The movie will begin at 10 am. So, show up early, get your popcorn, and get ready to enjoy the show. After the show, we will have some resources for families to discuss and help them move closer to each other and God. We hope you will join us for this service, that you will laugh together, cry together, and be encouraged by this unique service. If you would like to donate towards the cost of showing this movie you can do so as you register. Donations are not required.
This class teaches the importance of commitment and community. You will learn the value of committing your time, talent, treasure to God. We also hope you see the value of community through small groups. We will divide our time into two sessions covering: Facts about Spiritual Maturity & Discipleship, and an overview of the four healthy habits of a disciple. Small groups are an extremely important part of our church. We believe people find their purpose in small groups as they study God's word together and connect to people. Once a person knows their purpose they can make a difference with their family, friends, and community. We are launching a Women’s Ministry at Lifeway Baptist Church! Our kick-off event will be a “Galantine’s” afternoon. February 5th from 2 to 5 pm. It’s just for the gals 18 years and older. Registration is $20 and childcare is an additional $5/child. We are so excited for a fun afternoon and to share more about the Women’s Ministry.
